Please make sure your top layer of videos (i.e. the masking layer) is EXACTLY 20 seconds long at 15 frames per second (precisely 300 frames in total!).
The bottom layer of video can be any length, but please ensure it is also set at 15 frames per second!
It's also worth noting that this bottom layer of video will be looped, so unless you want a really obvious jump at the loop point, try and make the start and ends of the animation similar!

oooh oooh good good i can keep mine at 40secs then, the bottom ones? yay. will change the frame rate though :) x
